The service was overall good. The salesman took all the time needed to answer any questions. I wasn’t a fan of the person who helped with the paperwork. He made it feel very rushed.
Was not happy with service tech response when I pointed out fluid on the inner hub. Said it was normal for work they did. It was a recall on a truck with 10,000 miles, no leaks when I brought it in, I want no leaks when it's done. If it is normal at least wipe it off.
Customer service was excellent the inventory was good sales staff and office staff were excellent

Just purchased a 2024 f350 and the folks at Vern Eide Ford were great to work with! I came from out of state and they made sure there was a driver at the airport to pick us up and take us to the dealership. When we got there the truck was fueled up and ready to go and they waisted no time getting the paperwork done so we could make our journey home. Best experience I have ever had!
Les was a great saleman to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the items i wanted on 2024 F150 and was abe to fellow through and get everything ordered correctly and get all the accessories installed. Enjoyed very dealing with him also kept me informed on the process from it being bulit until it was finished and delivered to me. Also John in finance was easy to work with and got the deal done with fair pricing. I really enjoy doing business with Vern Eide and all the staff.
Emma was a gem to work with! I had some 'has to have' items when we were shopping and she really worked to find a pickup that met these requirements. We weren't planning on purchasing that day, but she and the rest of the crew there made it so pleasant that we decided to purchase that day. We were in the dealership to service our vehicle. I am not sure who my husband talked to in the service department. We have always been pleased with the service department. Pickup needed work before I could get it. Paid for the pickup and never got any updates about how long it will take. Its been two weeks and still no word. Should have never paid for the pickup before it was done.

we drove 3 hours one way to purchase vehicle, later that day the car overheated, they said they fixed it. but did it again.so we got second opinion now we have to replace engine.. or the gasket, we paid cash for this vehicle.will never work with this company again...did file complaint against company with SD consumer protection agency.....common courtesy they should foot the entire bill, or at least 75% of the bill ....
On two different incidents I had Edie Ford do some waranty repair on my pickup. I was very pleased each time. Their shop is well staffed and and everyone goes out of their way to keep their customers informed of every thing and the employees are all very professional. I will definitely be back
Drove 2 hours one way for a deal we agreed on. Got told while we were on the way that the pickup was sold but it wasn’t a big deal. That CJ would take care of us and find a different pickup at the same deal. Told him we’d come in and get the deal wrapped up and paperwork done. My car wouldn't start with the below temps we had on Monday. They came and jumped the car and I drove it to Coborns but wouldn't start again after getting groceries. They came and got me started again. Idrove out to the shop and they kept my car overnight and Jim gave me a ride home. Had a new battery in Tuesday by noon and they came and got me so I could drive it home! Thanks to everyone!
